2. Disassemble Motor Assembly and conduct final inspection and testing.
3. REWINDING OF STATOR
Take note of winding data
Strip-out old wires.
Clean stator core
Conduct Stator Ring test.
Apply red Glyptal insulating paint on stator core surface.
Lay-out NOMEX insulating material into stator slots.
Rewinding using heavy armored magnetic wire
Varnishing using class F Imported varnish.
Oven bake to dry Stator core
Encapsulation of Stator windings (Application of Epoxy)
Clean excess varnish.
4. RECONDITIONING OF ROTOR ASSEMBLY
Conduct Growler testing on the Rotor core to check if the Rotor bars are grounded.
Check rotor alignment particularly both shaft ends to check if the shafting is bended or not.
Clean Rotor to remove Grease, Dust and Carbon.
Oven bake to dry Rotor Assembly.
Dynamic Balancing if necessary.
Apply Red Glyptal Non – conductive insulating paint to restore core.
Remove old Bearings
Install new Bearings (Ball Bearings)
Check Bearing housings and Journals to verify worn – out services
5. Assemble Motor and Painting

Dis-assembly - completely dis-assembly injection pump is the key to finding and correcting all of the problems. To assure that the encountered problems will not be the same again.

Parts inspection – all parts that are worn beyond specifications, missing, incorrect, or borderline are replaced. Install only the parts that need to be replace or parts that are damaged or defective.

Testing & Calibration
Calibrate injection pump using the highly calibrating machine to assures that the pump will be leak free, working properly mechanically and performing to specifications. All pumps are calibrated to the highest allowable fuel delivery specifications for maximum performance.
